Monthly Inspections
About once every month, program participants will receive an email that frames a two week period in which their apartment may be inspected. During this inspection, 2-3 cast members of the inspections crew will knock, come into the apartment, and rate the cleanliness of the common area and all bedrooms and bathrooms. These cast members are not allowed to look inside the apartment's kitchen cabinets, drawers, or safes. They will then rate the apartment as Failed, Passed, or White Glove.
If program participants fail an inspection, they will be charged a small fee. Participants that passed are in good standing, and participants that received White Glove went above and beyond. White Glove winners can bring their inspection slip to the front office of their complex and claim a prize. The prizes for White Glove are shown below.

Random Inspections
Random inspections occur when one or more roommate(s) reports questionable material found within the possessions of another roommate. The inspection will happen within the next few days following the report. During random inspections, the team is allowed to look through each part of the apartment, even spots such as cabinets that are not usually inspected. These inspections are not to judge cleanliness but instead to find the questionable material. If something is found, such as alcohol in an wellness apartment, the entire apartment will be terminated with the exception of the roommate(s) who reported the issue.
